The Ocean House, comprised of 25 condominium units, is located on the shore of the Delaware Bay at 100 E. Savannah Road in Lewes, Delaware.
Ocean House was constructed in 1975 as the Ocean House Hotel. In 1981 the hotel was converted to Condominium Units and organized as the Ocean House Condominium Association.
Throughout the years since, owners, their families, and guests have enjoyed shoreline living on a seasonal or full time basis while experiencing the quiet charm and historic ambience of Lewes, Delaware.
In addition to being within walking distance to historic areas in the town of Lewes, the Condominiums are located less than a mile from the Lewes /Cape May ferry terminal and Cape Henlopen State Park.
